Adam sometimes rewards Adele after eating all of her food with a dainty, little flower on the end of her hand. On July 16, 2010 she was in for a little something extra.

What did you say?
Me: Okay, Adele, it's time to eat your food.
Adele: Oh, you mean this poop?
Me: Let's play with Olive.
Adele : You mean Olive and her poop.
Me: Let's make some cards for Grandma Sandie and Grandma Pam for Mother's Day.
Adele: Okay, with poop?
Time passes. She then draws a smile face and some other shape. She tells me, "Mama look at this smile face and some poop."

Easter Egg Hunt
We totally crashed Bethany's neighborhood association's Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny in the pictures is the President of the club. We've been to so many of these things that she probably thinks we live in her neighborhood. She didn't think twice about posing for a picture, which leads me to believe we're not strangers.
Bethany scored Adele some Stripper/Princess shoes. Because every 2 year old must own plastic shoes with feathers across the toes.
Rodeo 2010
It's a habit of ours to ride the train (MetroRail) to the Rodeo. We park at an apartment complex pretty close to Reliant Stadium and walk to the rail station. This way Adele gets what we've dubbed as a "train ride" before seeing the animals and hanging out at the Rodeo. She thinks it pretty neat.
Welcome Baby David
Adele's friend, Violet, became an older sister recently. Adele told us that some tape fell off of Bethany's belly and that's how baby David got here. She added that it was a like a Jack-in-the-box, and that we could put baby David back in Bethany's belly. Really ... that's how it works?
Grandma Pam & The Azalea Trail
There aren't any pictures of azaleas because the darn things hadn't bloomed. We still enjoyed our time at Bayou Bend. Sorry Mom ... we'll have to do it again next year, and hopefully you'll get to see the butterfly garden in all its' splendor.
We're getting a new puppy ...
We're still undecided on her name, and we'll pick her up sometime after April 15th. Isn't she cute? She's a Goldendoodle.
